Mon [12/13] A Day

Daily Question – Name one type of landform created by glaciers in Minnesota. [Answers: Glacial till, moraines, drumlins, kettle lakes]

Allow students to share from their weekend [remind them of 1 minute rule]. Offer to share at end of hour, if sharing gets too long.

Allow students to review their study guide [ ~ 5 minutes] prior to taking the quiz. Encourage them to quiz each other, if they would like to do this.

Students earn one positive point if brought their study guide back today with a parent/guardian signature

Students need to clear desks of all materials except a pen or pencil.

Hand out quiz

When done, students should hand in quiz to mailbox, take a Word Find or, read/sit quietly

Students may turn in Word Find, if completed, or show to adult in room to earn one positive point
