Lionsgate Academy’s Drama Department is preparing for “Alice in Wonderland,” and we need your input. The rehearsal commitment is larger this year, because it will be our first full-length play. Ms. Prill would like an informal tally of how many students can devote the necessary time to be a part of the production. Rehearsals will run from 3:20-5:00 p.m. three days a week for four weeks (April 16-May 11) and from 3:20-5:00 p.m. for four days a week for two weeks (May 14-24). Performances are May 24-26 at 7:00 p.m.
Most students in the play will not be called for all rehearsals until the last two weeks and detailed rehearsal schedules will be issued the last week in March. Scheduling conflicts can be arranged on an individual basis. Auditions will be held on March 19 and 22 during club times. There is no guarantee that every student will get a part, though every effort will be made to include all interested students.
