Parent-Teacher conferences will be held at Lionsgate Academy next week; Monday, February 28 4-8 p.m.; Wednesday, March 2 10-noon and 1-3 p.m.; and Thursday, March 3, 4-8 p.m.
Because parents are in frequent contact with case managers, we ask that you take advantage of the opportunity during conferences to meet with your student’s general education teachers. If you have concerns that need to be addressed with your student’s case manager, please email your case manager before or after the conference time in order to problem solve.
Please stay within your scheduled block of time. When meeting with a General Education teachers, please make sure you are limiting each meeting to 10 minutes or less. Teachers are working on doing the same. If there are larger concerns please communicate with that teacher outside of conferences if further discussion is needed.
Your case manager will contact you soon to schedule your conference time. If you don’t hear from them by the end of the week, feel free to contact them.
